Underground in London Town

Photography taken by Wrigely Corales

The look for this outfit was inspired by Dsquared² Men's Spring/Summer 2012 Show. The designers concept for the show was to bring the audience on an excursion of Europe. Dean and Dan showcased options of what to bring when traveling to Scandinavia, Mykonos, Florence and London. As a tourist, my favorite look of the show was when the trip landed in London for the nightlife. The style of wardrobe transformed into a Brit-underground attire where the feel was more rock and roll punk. The edgy outfits consisted of denim, leather, and hints of animal print.
The vest I am wearing was originally a jacket. The sleeves on this jacket were too flooded for the length of my arms. I decided to cut them off with a pair of scissors. The trimmed sleeves left a great texture and added the perfect amount of grunge. This transformed vest is one of my favorites because it has a detachable hood. I took more of a casual approach for this look using a t-shirt and skinny jeans. To complete the outfit I added a few rocker accessories and topped it off with a pair of leopard print punk shoes. Leopard printed shoes are a starting trend for men. Dwayne Wade, Carmello Anthony, and Justin Bieber have been seen rocking a pair of YSL Leopard Print Sneakers. (Oohlala Blog)
